VoIP Handsets

Yealink IP Phones are the best value handsets, in our opinion. With their built-in ethernet bridging and excellent screen, they are one of the most user friendly VoIP phones also.

There are many providers of VoIP handsets, but we use only high-quality VoIP suppliers.  Voip21 use only IP Phones from:
     1.  Cisco,
     2.  Polycom,
     3.  Snom, and
     4.  Yealink.
Without a quality handset, the appropriate VoIP quality will not be available.

Price:   Our Voip21 handsets are priced just below the market average.  (For example: our Yealink T38 handsets are $214.  The market average is just over $215.  In addition: our handsets are tested and configured - others are not.)  We want you to understand: we simply offer very fair pricing.  There are no 'hidden catches' from Voip21.

NOTE:  If a client chooses to install low-quality handsets, Voip21 will refuse to support the client.  We do not encourage this type of installation.

VoIP IP PBX Systems for Business

Voip21 produce and install our own VoIP IP PBX systems. We have used a hardened Elastix platform as our basis, and have built on it to encompass all of our required features.

IP PBX:   Voip21 have our own PBX software.  This allows us to bring our clients a complete and feature-rich IP Phone System, which can be properly supported by our staff.

Price:   Our VoIP PBX's are around 5% to 10% cheaper than equivalent IP systems from other providers.  This will usually equate to around $1000 saving.
Our VoIP PBX's are around 10% to 40% cheaper than traditional systems (when 'upgrades' are installed to match our features).

Hardware:   We use high-quality hardware such as solid-state devices, to ensure longevity and dependability of your system.

Failover:   We always use a built-in backup to traditional phone services.  Voip21 usually have 3-5 failover methods available for each system, to ensure uptime of your telecommunications.  (We believe that the absence of failover solutions is a major downfall for many VoIP providers in Australia.  And it illustrates a poorly conceived solution, in our opinion.)

Backup:   Your phone system settings, voicemails and call recordings can be backed up to multiple sources.  The install of a clone will usually only take less than 1 hour.



NOTE:  If a client chooses to install low-quality hardware or chooses to 'cut corners' on backups and/or failovers, Voip21 will refuse to support the client.  We do not encourage this type of installation.

High-quality headsets such as Plantronics are seen as manditory by Voip21.

Voip21 PBX Features

The feature list of Voip21's IP PBX is too long to list here.  However, here is a list of features we include, which most traditional PBX's either cannot or do not include:
  • Call Recording (with on-demand access for users and routine backups)
  • Voicemail to email (users can even have the voicemail played to their handset)
  • Follow-me ringing (e.g. rings on your mobile as well as the desktop phone)
  • Integration with Outlook, SugarCRM & Others (integration costs are on a case-by-case basis).
  • Click-to-dial from phone numbers on webpages

For our clients we can supply VoIP on their mobile. This is one of our unique features as a VoIP Provider.

Price:   Using Voip21, you can make a call to a landline for just 10c plus data - and that call might be 6 hours long!

International:   Calling from overseas just got extremely cheap.  And this means thousands of dollars in monthly savings for some businesses.

Back-to-Office:   Calling from your mobile back to the office will be free, if the office number is with Voip21 also.

NOTE:  Voip21 will only support certain types of mobile phones and cannot guarantee the quality of your mobile data connections with various providers and at various locations.
