Voip21 has the best VoIP call rates in the market. And all our VoIP plans are billed in per second increments.

Our standard VoIP Phone Plan uses the following pricing:

Other Calls   Voip21 uses Telstra's pricing for non-standard calls, with a surcharge applied as a service fee.  The surcharge is either 15c per call, or 15% of the call value; whichever is the lesser.  We maintain minimal charges above the wholesale pricing for our clients.

Service Charges   Voip21 uses a service fee of $4.95 per line per month.  And the charge for ported numbers is $3.95 per line per month.

Other service fees and charges are billed in accordance with the standard wholesale costs, plus 30c.  This is the fairest pricing structure we can give our clients.

VoIP Call Rates (International)

Voip21 does not have the best VoIP International call rates in the market. We focus mainly on domestic delivery. All our VoIP plans are still billed in per second increments.
Voip21's International call pricing is not the best in market.  We focus significantly on quality routes, and so our price is higher than some of the smaller VoIP providers.

As a fair comparison: our rates are roughly matched to the other major VoIP providers in the Australian VoIP market.
