    We do not charge for the majority of our support.


    We use several methods of support.  Each new customer is given three methods of live support.

Online Support
  Voip21 uses online support to engage the customer's issue directly.  We use 'chat' portals and remote access to your system to enable a user-friendly experience.  Users can often watch as we make alterations to extensions, or re-orgainise holiday messages; for instance.  This support service is free for our clients.

Email Support
  Voip21 includes email support for non-critical issues.

Phone Support
  Voip21 includes phone support for critical issues.

On-site Support
  Voip21 can have a technician visit a customer's site, however this will be a charged service at $190 per hour or part thereof.
